Leadership

Greg Nuckols, Milo Wolf, and Pak Androulakis-Korakakis provide educational support for our coaches and consistently check in with clients to ensure that everything about their experience is top-notch.

Greg Nuckols

Greg is the founder of Stronger By Science. He has an M.A. in exercise physiology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He’s held three all-time world records in powerlifting in the 220lb and 242lb classes and has coached hundreds of athletes both in-person and online.

Milo Wolf

Milo did his PhD on “the effects of range of motion on muscle hypertrophy in strength.” His research focuses on muscle hypertrophy and strength. Milo has guided individuals in their journey of getting bigger, stronger, and leaner for more than 4 years. Having coached and competed in both bodybuilding and powerlifting, he is well-equipped to help clients with competing. Read more about Milo here.

Pak Androulakis-Korakakis

Pak did his PhD in Sports Science at Solent University (UK) on the topic of “the minimum effective training dose for strength.” As a researcher, his research focuses on muscle strength, hypertrophy, and strength & physique sports. Pak has worked for over 5 years with physique athletes, strength athletes, and recreationally active individuals looking to get stronger and improve their body composition. Coaches

All Stronger By Science coaches were hand-selected based on a strong history of producing results for clients. They’ve got some fancy degrees and years of experience as athletes themselves to boot. Our coaches have experience competing in powerlifting (including a couple all-time world records), bodybuilding, and Strongman. They have worked as Division I Strength and Conditioning coaches, researchers, in-person personal trainers for hundreds of clients, sports nutritionists, exercise science professors, and more.

Aaron Thomas

Aaron has a Master’s in Sports Performance and Coaching and has worked with NFL players, CFL players, collegiate athletes, and lifters and physique athletes. He’s been a personal trainer and performance coach for 8+ years and has been training clients online for 5 years. Read more about Aaron here.

Adam Fisher

Adam has 8 years of personal training experience, including 6 years of working as an online coach and 4 years of working for SBS. Adam has over 12 years of lifting experience, including competitive bodybuilding, powerlifting, and running. Read more about Adam here.

Colby Sousa

Colby is currently pursuing a PhD in Sport and Exercise Science at Auckland University of Technology. He is involved with research regarding muscular strength and hypertrophy, and has 5+ years of personal training experience – both in-person and online – for training and nutrition. Colby has competed in powerlifting and plans to compete in bodybuilding in the future. Read more about Colby here.

Dale Keith

Dale has an MS degree in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University and a BA in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has been working as a personal trainer and online coach since 2012. He has also coached high school wrestling, worked as a physical therapist aid, published research, and taught exercise science courses at the university level. Read more about Dale here.

Dyna Androulaki-Korakaki

Dyna is a certified personal trainer with an MSc in Health Psychology. She has worked as an online coach and personal trainer for 3+ years, and has supported individuals in various stages of their health journey with nutrition and training coaching. Her area of specialization is the sustainability of health behaviors, and the connection between physical and psychological health. She has worked within the public health sector and has experience in evidence-based development of health behavior change programs. Read more about Dyna here.

Emil Jankowski

Emil holds a BA (Hons) in Fitness Management and Personal Training and a MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. Since late 2018, he has dedicated himself to coaching natural bodybuilding and physique athletes, as well as individuals embarking on their fitness journey. As a physique athlete himself, Emil combines academic expertise with practical experience to create personalized training and nutrition plans that help his clients achieve their goals. His passion for fitness and commitment to evidence-based practices ensure that each client receives the highest level of guidance and support. Read more about Emil here

Greg Schiltz

Greg is a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, and has a Master’s degree in Nutrition. He has worked with athletes for nearly 15 years as a personal trainer, strength coach, and dietitian/sports nutritionist. He has worked with NFL players, D1 college athletes, and pro strongmen and strongwomen but enjoys working with clients at all fitness and experience levels.  Greg currently competes in Strongman in the 80kg class. Jacob Green

Jacob is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University, an MBA from Western Governors University, and a Bachelor’s in Dietetics from the University of Akron. Since 2021, he has worked as an online coach, in addition to being a published scientific author and a Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN). With his extensive education and hands-on experience in both nutrition and training, Jacob is dedicated to providing personalized care to his clients, building rapport, and offering continuous support throughout their journey. Jason Eure

Jason has a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine and works with hundreds of athletes every year to navigate their current states to return to (and thrive in) their respective sports. Jason is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USA Weightlifting Level 1 coach who acts as the strength coach for a local national-level swim club year-round. Steven Mack

Steven is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has a Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences. He played football at the University of Missouri from 2010-3 and is now just another “retired college athlete”. He’s been a personal trainer for 6 years. Sport Nutrition Coaching

Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, enhanced sport performance, or all three, nutrition plays a big role in your success. Our coaches provide ongoing, evidence-based sport nutrition services to support your performance and body composition goals.

  • Personalized sport nutrition plan to support your performance and body composition goals.
  • Advice on calorie and macronutrient intakes, nutrient timing, dietary supplements, and more.
  • Ongoing communication, adjustments, and support.

We refer clients with more intensive nutrition needs to work directly with one of our team’s Registered Dietitians, who also provide sport nutrition oversight for our team when necessary. (Please note: Our coaches operate within their scope of practice and do not practice dietetics, medical nutrition therapy, or provide any medical advice or health-related counseling.)

Price: $189/month OR $1899/year (paid upfront)

Training-Only Coaching

  • Personalized training program to support your goals and lifestyle.

Video Call Consultation

A video call consultation is a one-time, one-hour, one-on-one conversation with a member of our team. You can use this hour however you’d like to ensure that you get the information you need to support your goals and future success.

Price: $159 one time

Getting started is simple

1. Fill out the short questionnaire. 

We’ll ask you about your goals and get some basic information about you. The application contains about 10 questions and will take less than 2 minutes.

2. We’ll review your information and match you with a potential coach.

We’ll review the information you provided and assess which coach on our team would be the best fit for you.

3. Your new potential coach will contact you to schedule a free 30-minute consultation

On the call, we’ll aim to learn more about your goals, get to know you a bit better, and answer any questions you have about Stronger By Science coaching. Then, you can decide if you want to move forward and begin the service.

Our coaches have worked with all types of clients including (but not limited to): powerlifters, bodybuilders, physique competitors, military, police, CrossFit athletes, concurrent-training athletes, team sports athletes, and general population looking to improve their overall levels of fitness and performance and lose fat.

When you apply, we’ll match you with the perfect coach for you and your goals.

The frequency of check-ins is determined between the coach and client, but we generally encourage clients to check in as frequently as they see fit.

Communication is done primarily through email, shared documents, and other applications as needed. If the client feels they need a more detailed answer to a question or want to discuss a topic, phone calls and Skype/video chats are also welcome.
