Bret Contreras was nice enough to let me do a guest post for his blog! It’s about glute training and its relevance for powerlifters, both for improving in strength and preventing injuries.
For those of you who don’t know already, Bret’s a pretty big deal in the fitness industry. He’s pretty much solely responsible for increasing public awareness of the importance of glute training for preventing back and knee injuries and improving sports performance, He’s one of the few good eggs who doesn’t needlessly demonize people to profit off of controversy, and who only speaks where evidence or practice gives him license.
