Emil holds a BA (Hons) in Fitness Management and Personal Training and a MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. Since late 2018, he has dedicated himself to coaching natural bodybuilding and physique athletes, as well as individuals embarking on their fitness journey. As a physique athlete himself, Emil combines academic expertise with practical experience to create personalized training and nutrition plans that help his clients achieve their goals. His passion for fitness and commitment to evidence-based practices ensure that each client receives the highest level of guidance and support.

About Emil

I started lifting at around the age of 15, two years after moving to the United Kingdom. As I adapted to the new life, I found strength and empowerment in the gym, initially driven by the desire to counteract bullying. I quickly fell in love with the gym environment and the pursuit of personal records, inspiring me to turn fitness into a career. After finishing high school, I focused on building a solid academic foundation in fitness and nutrition, culminating in competing in physique shows at both regional and national levels during my MSc studies. Since late 2018, I have been dedicated to coaching, helping athletes and beginners alike achieve their fitness goals and embark on their own transformative journeys.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in a blend of evidence-based principles and practical knowledge gained from years of working with clients. I believe that incorporating both scientific research and hands-on experience allows for the most effective training and nutrition strategies. Additionally, I prioritize building strong, long-term relationships with my clients, as I believe that trust and consistent support are essential for sustained success.

  • 2017-2018 – Master of Sciences (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Middlesex University in London, England

Getting started is simple

1. Fill out the short questionnaire. 

We’ll ask you about your goals and get some basic information about you. The application contains about 10 questions and will take less than 2 minutes.

2. We’ll review your information and match you with a potential coach.

We’ll review the information you provided and assess which coach on our team would be the best fit for you.

3. Your new potential coach will contact you to schedule a free 30-minute consultation

On the call, we’ll aim to learn more about your goals, get to know you a bit better, and answer any questions you have about Stronger By Science coaching. Then, you can decide if you want to move forward and begin the service.
